Kui Samaj Youth Association is established to organize young mass of KUI/KANDHA society. Dr. Nirad Chandra Kanhar tried it in 1992 and founded KUI SAMAJ YUVA PARISHAD PHULBANI. He became its first President and Mr. Sankarshan Malik from Rujangi village as its secretary. It worked till 1996 and discontinued after Kandhamal riot of 1996 when many of its leader jailed and arrested. Then after kui samaj yuva parishad worked under kui samaj seba samiti Phulbani under the leadership of Duguni Kanhar ( Ex. MLA Phulbani ), Ramakanta Malik and others.
After 2020 and covid pandemic under the leadership of Er. Debasish Kanhar it was organised to become a district level organisation . All the established Kui Samaj Organisations recognised it and supported it.
